Since its beginning in 1990 Ibaizabal represents a creative space in the culture industry, focusing its work on education, Euskera – the Basque language, and Basque culture, with a firm commitment to a philosophy of innovation and excellence, as evidenced by adopting the EFQM management model.

baizabal has achieved specialisation and recognition in publishing text books and teaching material for all pre-university educational levels (from 3 to 18 years old), in accordance to the technical and assessment criteria established by the Basque Government for educational material in the Basque language (Euskera).
